1. Delivery Coverage
We deliver across all governorates in Egypt through our logistics partners and in-house delivery fleet.
For bulk orders, custom fabrication, and large-scale projects, tailored delivery and logistics arrangements can be provided upon request.
2. Processing & Production Time
As most of our products are manufactured or customized upon order, delivery timelines depend on production schedules:
Standard products (ready-made items): 3 – 7 business days
Custom metal works / PVD coating / special finishes: 7 – 14 business days
Large commercial or project-based orders: timelines are confirmed individually
Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size and factory capacity.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
Once the order is ready for dispatch:
Cairo & Giza: 1 – 3 business days
Delta & Canal cities: 2 – 4 business days
Upper Egypt & remote areas: 3 – 6 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, operational factors, or courier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
Order size and weight
Product type (standard or custom)
Delivery location

Delivery is made to the ground-floor entrance unless otherwise agreed
