1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products (manufactured, customized, and made-to-order metal works), returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Manufacturing defects
Damage during transportation
Incorrect product supplied (wrong size, design, finish, color, or quantity)
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
Change of mind after order confirmation
Incorrect specifications or order placed by the customer
Custom-made or made-to-order products once production has started
Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged by the customer
2. Return Request Timeframe
Any return or replacement request must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.
3. Condition of Returned Products
Returned items must:
Be unused and in original condition
Be in original packaging (if applicable)

Replacement timelines depend on production schedules, especially for custom or made-to-order items.
7. Shipping Responsibility
If the return is due to our error or product defect → we cover shipping costs
If the return is approved under other exceptional cases → customer bears shipping costs
8. Non-Returnable Items

PVD-coated products made to order
Special finishes or customized designs
Clearance or discounted items
Products without original condition or missing components
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of confirmation, provided production has not started
Once manufacturing or fabrication begins, orders cannot be canceled or refunded
10. Services (PVD Coating & Fabrication)
For service-based orders (such as PVD coating or custom fabrication):
No refunds are applicable once the service has started or been completed
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or completion
